From start to finish, this was a fabulous 18 days for us in Tuscany. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, and the location was excellent for visiting many Tuscan Hillside towns, such as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Cortana, and Arezzo. We also drove to Florence for a day which was an easy drive. The outdoor space is gorgeous, and the pool was perfect and refreshing. The house is comfortable and spacious. Carolyn was very responsive to questions. We would definitely return to the area and this home. Gorgeous!

We were two families traveling with our children, all of whom are of legal age. As soon as we arrived, the entrance to the accommodation already seemed fabulous to us, but when we entered the house, the surprise was even greater.

It is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. When we went outside, the surprise was even greater: beautiful views and a spectacular infinity pool.

In short, a perfect house that we highly recommend and to which we would love to return.

My family and sister's family shared this gorgeous villa and we couldn't have been happier about our choice. It was even better in person than we had anticipated - inside and outside. The location was perfect for us, as it is private yet close to many towns, and driving in the area was a breeze - nice and smooth and flat! Carolyn was very responsive and provided a wealth of information prior to our visit. We divided our time between exploring our surroundings and relaxing, swimming, and cooking at the villa together. Eight of us had plenty of space. We all had a fabulous time and have already discussed returning again one day. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable Tuscan holiday!

Very spacious, well equipped house, with a lovely pool and gardens. The front patio is perfect for sitting out of an evening with lovely views of the Tuscan countryside. Photos don't do it justice. Well located with some beautiful, and un-touristy towns very nearby. Carolyn and Rosanno provided some very clear and helpful guidance.

This is a beautiful villa. It’s the perfect combination of feeling like a professional rental whilst being really homely and comfortable, with a kitchen that is kitted out with everything you might need to cook properly. The pool and garden are gorgeous. The building has been beautifully designed and renovated and has superb views. We loved the local towns. Everything was easy and peaceful. Would love to come back.

A beautiful house which was great for our party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was in a beautiful area, very private and secure. The location was ideal for many day trips out to explore

The villa in Brolio was truly remarkable. It had great facilities, including a well-maintained pool that offered much-needed relaxation. The location was another highlight, situated conveniently in Italy's wine region. It wasn't overly fancy, but its subtle elegance and charm were very appealing. In short, it was a comfortable, relaxing retreat in a picturesque part of Italy, perfect for a get-away.

We had a wonderful week at Carolyns house. It was very quiet and situated in a beautiful landscape with very nice views. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ventilation in the rooms was helpful. Thank you very much for having us as guests. We would highly recommend her house.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was straightforward and minor issues were dealt with promptly by Carolyn & her local staff. Great communication. The villa was gorgeous - very comfortable and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We did lots of small day trips to nearby towns but had peace and privacy at home. The internet cut out a few times but that was the only small issue we had at any point during our two-week stay. We would happily come back!

The house in Tuscany is a real dream. On a huge plot stretches a wonderful garden with infinity pool overlooking Tuscan hills. In the evening you can watch breathtaking sunsets and the spacious bedrooms face east. The house is very well maintained, a fully equipped kitchen with large cooking island offers enough space for cooking together. Everything in the house is well thought out and designed for a relaxing vacation. Carolyn was an attentive helpful host and responded very quickly to queries. The "Bindi" restaurant recommended by our host was our culinary highlight. Thank you Carolyn!

We had a wonderful week at Carolyn's house! The interior and exterior of the house, the pool and the view are superb! The house has everything you need. We stayed 1 week as a family of 10 people with 2 grandparents and 2 grandchildren in 40 degrees Celsius and although the house does not have air conditioning, the ceiling fans in each bedroom and the booster fans were sufficient! A splash in the pool before sleeping or a good fresh shower and you were all set! The explanations via Carolyn's website as well as the documents given to our arrival guided us perfectly and helped us! House in absolute quiet! Supermarkets 10 min, 1.5 hrs from Firenze, 45 min from Sienna, Cortona and Perugia! Great value for money! I would highly recommend it! A great stay!!!!!!

This place is just amazing. The house is of great quality and the pool is great. You feel alone in the Tuscan environment, while being close to everything. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it!
